Spider Hands Episode 1!
Our Pee Wee Kids learning mount control, which we call "Spider Hands" and "Spider Swim". The fundamental and basic elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be taught to kids of all ages. These exercises prepare our Pee Wee Kids (3-6 Yrs of age) as they develop and grow to the next level of training and fitness into our adolescent Kids program (7-14 Yrs of age) by using techniques that keep them interested and involved while learning. It is a must see! Come join us at Paragon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of Santa Maria @ 2330 Westgate Rd, 93455. Or call (805) 264-7875.
